This innovative office space in Raipur embraces a dynamic, organic form, twisting around a central landscaped courtyard. The design, which varies from two to four levels, strategically lifts the southwest and northeast corners to channel the south-westerly breeze, ensuring natural ventilation. At its northeast and northwest ends, the building opens into expansive volumes, housing a cafeteria and library, fostering visual connectivity between floors.

The circulation spine gracefully curves around the courtyard, providing uninterrupted views of the greenery, while workspaces along the outer edge overlook external gardens. With its longest sides oriented north, the building utilizes angled louvers to maximize indirect daylight, significantly reducing energy consumption. Inspired by traditional Indian courtyard houses, the design seamlessly integrates open and enclosed spaces, offering a sustainable and harmonious work environment in the heart of Raipur.
