  3. Delivery of design plans will be done digitally via email, WhatsApp or a secure client portal on the Company’s website, within the agreed timeline.

3. On-Site Constructions

  1. The Company offers construction services on-site, which are tailored based on the size and scale of the project.

  2. Construction timelines and delivery schedules will be determined after a thorough assessment of the project scope and will be detailed in the client contract.

  3. The Company commits to adhering to the agreed timelines, barring unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or supply delays.

4. Sale of Materials & Decors

  1. The Company sells various materials and decors related to construction and interior design.

  2. Availability of these items depends on the serviceable pin codes as listed on the Company’s website.

  3. For items available in the client’s pin code, the Company commits to shipping the products within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  4. Shipping times may vary based on the location, carrier used, and external factors.

5. General Terms

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify any provisions of this Shipping & Delivery Policy without prior notice.

  2. This policy is to be read in conjunction with the Company’s Terms and Conditions, Refund/Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

  3. Any disputes arising under this policy will be handled in accordance with the prevailing laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
