Onboarding Policy for Construction & Design Professionals and Related Companies

Introduction The purpose of this Onboarding Policy is to provide a clear framework for welcoming and integrating new individual professionals and related companies working with Decofice Technologies Private Limited (DTPL). This policy aims to ensure a seamless transition for all parties involved, promoting collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

Scope This Onboarding Policy applies to all individual professionals and related companies engaged in construction and design services with DTPL, including subcontractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and suppliers.

Onboarding Process

 

  1. Contractual Agreements: Prior to onboarding, all parties will sign legally binding contracts outlining the scope of work, responsibilities, deliverables, and payment terms.
  2. Background Checks: DTPL reserves the right to conduct background checks on individual professionals and related companies, including verification of qualifications, certifications, licenses, and past projects.
  3. Insurance and Liability: Individual professionals and related companies are required to have adequate insurance coverage to protect against potential liabilities and risks.
Onboarding
  1. Orientation: DTPL will provide a comprehensive orientation to familiarise new parties with the company’s mission, vision, values, culture, and expectations. This may include presentations, site visits, and meetings with key personnel.
  2. Documentation: DTPL will collect and maintain all necessary documentation, including contact information, tax information, and any other relevant paperwork.
  3. Training: DTPL will provide necessary training on proprietary software, tools, and technologies used in the construction and design process.
  4. Safety Training: DTPL prioritises safety and requires all individual professionals and related companies to complete safety training before commencing work on any project.
Integration
