White House
Project Description
This residence embraces a minimalist design, where clean white stucco volumes create a serene and meditative living experience. The interplay of solid and void, achieved through smaller courtyards and multiple terraces, allows natural light to shape the spaces dynamically. These subtle yet powerful transitions between sunlit and shaded areas enhance the home’s spatial quality.
An L-shaped layout frames a central green courtyard, complemented by a narrow swimming pool, fostering a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The east-facing façade remains understated, punctuated by a single corner window that offers glimpses into the interiors. Inside, the formal lounge enjoys expansive views, while the central block accommodates the bar, informal family lounge, dining area, and stair hall, with two bedrooms positioned to the south. The upper floor is centered around a family lounge, flanked by four bedrooms, each opening onto spacious terraces that further integrate the home with its natural surroundings.
