The building’s distinct identity is shaped by cantilevered, post-tensioned floor plates and exposed concrete walls that serve both structural and aesthetic purposes. A perforated stone skin envelops the structure, offering shade while adding a striking visual texture. This adaptive facade responds to the sun path, enhancing energy efficiency. Inside, a double-height atrium floods the space with natural light, creating a dynamic transition from the bustling street to the serene interior.

With sustainable systems such as rainwater harvesting, drip irrigation, and radiant floor cooling, Sangini House aims for a green platinum rating. The raw, industrial aesthetic of exposed concrete surfaces extends to the interiors, reinforcing the building’s architectural integrity.
