Project Description
Inspired by the clients' deep connection to nature, this 900 sq. ft. apartment was designed as a harmonious blend of neutral tones, natural light, and vibrant accents. Overlooking the Aravalli mountains, the home offers a serene retreat where every space is thoughtfully curated to balance comfort with subtle surprises. The layout follows a linear arrangement, with the living and dining areas seamlessly connected to the kitchen. To define these spaces without disrupting their openness, a partition was introduced, elegantly incorporating a puja area that greets visitors upon entry. The puja space, envisioned as a minimalist sanctuary, deviates from conventional ornate designs, featuring a sleek wooden laminate finish, a Duco-painted back panel with a delicate CNC-cut jali, and black metal frames with soft arch details. Shelving for decorative elements and indoor plants further enhances the sense of tranquility, reinforcing the home’s natural essence.
The living area is a vibrant interplay of color and texture, anchored by an olive-green velvet sofa with stitch detailing, pastel pink and green accent cushions, and a gold-framed coffee table with a white marble top. Bright wall art and an abundance of greenery create a lively, immersive atmosphere, transforming the space into a mini urban forest. A neutral-toned carpet and flowing white curtains lend softness, balancing the rich textures and hues. The TV unit, finished in beige with a geometric wallpaper backdrop, integrates subtle decorative elements, adding depth without overwhelming the space. In the guest bedroom, a soothing palette of neutral blues and greys fosters warmth and comfort. A large sliding wardrobe in matte blue and white laminate, punctuated by a lacquered glass band, enhances visual balance, while a compact dressing mirror seamlessly transitions into a sleek study unit, making the room both stylish and functional. Every detail within this home is an intentional layering of textures, light, and color, creating an elegant yet deeply personal living experience.
