RB 182 House
Project Description
This residence embodies a seamless dialogue between art, technology, and nature, creating an immersive architectural experience rooted in minimalism and contemplation. Designed as a hybrid structure emerging from the greens, its floating monolithic blocks defy gravity—one set perpendicular and the other parallel to the road—framing dynamic views of the surrounding landscape. The interplay of brutal grey exteriors and refined white interiors establishes a striking contrast, reinforcing a balance between strength and serenity.
Divided into three distinct volumes connected by fluid, open spaces, the design fosters moments of stillness within its voids, holding time in suspension. Inspired by Vedic principles, the structure harmonizes with the five elements of nature, engaging all human senses. Sunlight filters through precise openings, casting an ever-changing interplay of light and shadow, transforming the spatial experience. The result is an abode that transcends mere function—offering a sanctuary where architecture becomes a silent medium for reflection, evoking inner peace through its poetic form.
