Courtyards, shaded decks, and natural water bodies create a quiet rhythm between built and unbuilt spaces, enhancing passive cooling and inviting nature indoors. The planning honors the client’s deep agricultural roots, with a fruit orchard and organic farm woven into the northern landscape, reinforcing a life centered around land and tradition.
