Mulund
Project Description
This 650 sq ft Mulund apartment embraces a Japandi aesthetic—minimal, warm, and deeply calming. Designed as a clutter-free sanctuary, the home features lime-washed walls and speckled terrazzo flooring that set a serene, natural tone. Curves and soft edges guide movement through the spaces, while thoughtful wood detailing adds warmth and grounding. A sculptural dining wall, crafted from hand-broken Kota stone arranged like an organic mosaic, becomes a quiet yet captivating focal point.
Guided by the homeowners’ desire for simplicity—no flashiness, no loud colours—the apartment prioritizes ease and soulfulness in every detail. Custom furniture with clean lines maintains a light, breathable flow throughout the living and dining areas. Natural textures, muted tones, and subtle craftsmanship blend Japanese restraint with Scandinavian warmth, resulting in a home that feels instantly peaceful—a carefully curated calm drawn from the chaos of everyday life.
